Welcome to Livion Ray. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of livion-ray.com (the “Site”), including the products, content and services available through the Site. By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

USE OF THE SITE
You may use the Site for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity or use the Site in violation of applicable law. Certain features of the Site may allow you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, materials and other information accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, device characteristics or normal production variations. Where products contain handmade, natural or individually produced elements, minor variations in color, texture, dimensions or finish may occur. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the item. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact you regarding an alternative or cancel the affected item. If payment has already been received for a cancelled item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRICES
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the Site are accurate. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted. If an obvious pricing, typographical or technical error occurs, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item, subject to applicable law. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be handled according to your location and the information provided during checkout.

ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect information, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We ship to destinations made available during checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery periods depend on the destination, selected shipping method and product availability. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or mandatory law provides otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, transportation disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed in the destination country. Unless expressly stated during checkout that such charges are included, the recipient is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and similar charges. Customers are responsible for checking local import requirements before placing an international order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. Certain products may be excluded from voluntary returns where permitted by law, including personalized, customized or made-to-order products. Customers residing in the European Union or European Economic Area retain mandatory consumer rights available under applicable EU and national laws. Where applicable, these include statutory rights relating to product conformity and withdrawal from qualifying distance contracts. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and taxes. Sales tax may be collected where required based on the delivery location and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable U.S. federal or state law.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Livion Ray may offer promotional codes, discounts and special offers. Promotions may have expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements or other conditions disclosed with the relevant offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes have no cash value. We reserve the right to refuse discounts obtained or used through fraud, technical manipulation or misuse.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Livion Ray name, logos, photographs, graphics, product images, designs, written content, Site design and other materials are owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully used by Livion Ray and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Site content is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit protected Site content without appropriate authorization.

USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you are responsible for that content. You must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading or infringing material. By submitting content for publication, you grant Livion Ray permission to use and display that content in connection with operating and promoting Livion Ray to the extent permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not limit rights relating to existing orders where prohibited by applicable law.
